Tried the melt-in-your-mouth beef on homemade weck, just fantastic. Delicious wings. Crispy, light fries from fresh local potatoes made me rave and i've eaten tons of fries in my life. Very friendly people, pleasant atmosphere, and the cheesecake with homemade raspberry sauce is to die for. The owner and his son were on-site, warm and welcoming. Have been there 3 times and the quality is actually better every time. What a gem!
Went for a fish fry-portions are huge and fish was done to perfection-beer battered lightly but very flavorful- Cole slaw and pasta salad complement the fish nicely-service is friendly and attentive- all for less than most fish frys in the area-well worth it!
