This was my second time using Matt as my realtor. Both experiences have been beyond amazing! Buying or selling a house is never easy but I've now done both with Matt and he makes it as easy as it could possibly be. He goes to bat for his clients providing the best service and outcomes possible. He treats us like family! He also has many trusted resources he is able to recommend if a need comes to surface. If you want someone to have your back through the entire process, Matt is your guy!

Matthew was such a blessing in our search for our first home. He never made us feel pressured and was always easy-going. He offers a lot of experience in the negotiations and knows a lot about house projects. He helped us find a wonderful home that fit our needs.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who gets results without sacrificing integrity or personal touch, Matthew Hoagland is the one. He navigated every challenge in this market with absolute expertise, clear communication, and unwavering optimism. We always felt supported and completely informed. We are so grateful for his hard work and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Also, big thank you to Amanda Petrie at Limestone Title & Escrow for her assistance.

Matt was an amazing realtor. I used him for 3 transactions and he was very attentive, patient and helpful in every way possible. I would choose to work with him a hundred times more! His knowledge about real estate is superb plus he knows all the right people for inspections, cleaning, and service companies. He was also very prompt with communication! Thank you Matt!
