The way they process their payments is ridiculous. They process it 7 days after you pay. Dont understand why we pay so much in HOA fees when they DO NOT provide any services to our community. Waste of money.

I live in an HOA that is managed by the HOA Management Group and I am so impressed with how communicative they are. We attended our first HOA meeting tonight and our manager Chay and the accountant Erica both did a great job of answering our questions. We had an inquiry about some insurance policy documents and Thea Riddle went above and beyond by emailing the insurance agent inquiring as to our updated policy and ensuring we have access to those records.
