This is our second home-buying experience with Nicoli, but this one also included selling our previous home. He made the entire thing feel as seamless as possible, which isn't always easy when you're buying one house, staging the other, navigating offers, costs, etc. We couldn't have done this without his guidance and expertise, as well as the entire Hom team and all their amazing referrals. They made our prior home look AMAZING for listing and kept the stress at a minimum. Highly recommended!
