I recently brought my teen in for a hair trim with Emma, and while she was friendly, our experience was quite disappointing. I’ll start with mentioning that the salon was cute but extremely dirty. I was instructed to sit at a very used station that had hair, scissors, old dye and foils scattered about. Unaesthetic. I had a facial with Andrea for the first time on Saturday. It was such a great experience. We talked a few minutes before getting started and she asked about my current products. She actually looked them up, which blew my mind. I was getting my facials from another high end spa and they have never looked up what I was using. So I really appreciated that Andrea did that.
