3 strikes and you are out. 2x ago ordered a croissant and it was burnt with the entire top removed and handed to me. Last time handed a coffee and no cinnamon roll...had to ask for it. This time got coffee waited 5 min to toast a bagel and coffee was by then room temperature. Had yo ask for butter twice. But it seems like everyone behind the counter is pissy. So, I like the location, but am not longer a customer. Sorry, maybe have a staff meeting.
I am from LA and am definitely a matcha enthusiast. This place exceeded my expectations being better than my place at home! I would recommend this place for its wide menu of options from coffee to whatever you’d like! 10/10
the coffee and baked goods are a bit pricy but the vibes make it worth it if you want a place to work or hang.
