Noir is absolutely top tier. Hands-down the best experience I've ever had while getting a tattoo. If you're looking for fine-line tattoo, this is the best place to go!!
This place is amazing. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to treat themselves to a relaxing facial. They have a nice menu for all your beauty needs and the products they use are really great!!!
Can’t recommend enough! The owner is amazing and Anh Le did a great job! We had a fun afternoon of small family matching tattoos with Noir Tiny Tattoo at Hive. It’s a great spot!
