The service was suck. The 30 days warranty was a joke. They don't take their reposepity. The person came to our house. The car parked outside about half hour and only looked around a few mins. "They said yellow jacket is not from the nest, so it's not their reposepity." The yellow jacket is around. How do you know is not from the nest.
THE HIT MEN not known to me as Western Exterminator. These MEN are the BEST! You can call them and they will be out promptly for a “one hit” or a contract .. absolutely NO PRESSURE. I love that. I especially adore this company and their men for knowing about their business which is bugs and rodents. I called many companies with one question and they were the only company who knew the answer. Hitmen contractors claimed they were half finished with a rodent exclusion when I called to cancel the job. Fortunately my home security camera showed them on video arriving only 10 minutes before my call. Hitmen is not reliable!
No show, no call, no nothing?! After I called multiple times to confirm a month out appointment. Unheard of poor business practices.Go out of business already.
