Western exterminators/Hitmen termite. I called them to get rid of the rats, they told us we had areas where the rats are getting in, so for $650 we had them fix and block the holes, they came out but did not finish the job. We also had it set up that they would come once a week for four weeks to check the traps. Three months later its still not done! I have spoken to 4 managers and still no Help to get the work done. A complete scam. Once they get your credit card information, they will make it impossible for you to cancel and will continue to charge you even upon requesting cancellation. And forget actually reaching someone to cancel. They shuffle you around in hopes you will just give up.

We only were able to do your initial service after you had signed up for ongoing services, and are processing your cancellation and apologize for any trouble caused. We are working on a refund for any charges that were incurred after your cancellation request.
We contacted Hitmen Pest control company to service our rental apartment to treat German cockroaches. We paid $235.00 end of August (fist treatment and $50 for additional month). They sent a service rep and didnt treat the apartment properly. He said he needed to leave and will schedule a follow up appointment. We called and scheduled twice and no one showed up both times. I received a marketing letter from them, offering me our first general pest service for free, after purchasing a new home that they previously serviced. When the tech came out she said that it meant a free visit to give me a quote for regular service (which was then more than the quote that had been given to me over the phone -- for a house they had already been serving, therefore should know the price).Clearly, this made no sense, as the bottom of the letter read in clear language and bolded in all caps, "RECEIVE YOUR FIRST... read more

After 7 years using Hitmens services around my home they told me I had no other options than to tent and fumigate my home. As it turned out, no one from hitmen or their contractor had ever looked at the problem area on my roof. After insisting the nearly $7,000 fumigation - meaning on top of the hefty fee I had to bag all the food in my home and leave for at least two nights - was my only option something did not feel right.
