DO NOT move into the 907 building unless you want to hear dog barking for hours everyday. apparently “pet friendly” means not holding tenants accountable for excessive animal noise. if you like peace and quiet find another complex.
Although I didn't end up going with The Historic Florentine, I believe they were beautiful. The apartments are very cute and include laundry and nice finishes. I liked the option of off street parking and the gated area behind the building. The only reason I didn't go with them is because I found the bedroom/closet space small. Aside from that, liked them a lot!
Beautiful from inside to outside. Captivating historic entrance and interior stairwell. Wonderful 1 and 2 bedroom choices of floor plans including a spacious 2 bedroom handicapped accessible apartment. Wide interior and exterior doors, huge wheel chair manageable kitchen with lowered appliances and safe efficient bathroom. The 2 bedroom apartments have either an island or L-shaped counter and enclosed patio. Some 1 bedrooms have balconies. A beautiful courtyard serves all units.
Beautifully updated and so close to downtown Omaha. Top floor apartments included an entertainment room with extremely high ceilings and skylight. The rooms were made sound proof so you can blast your music or movies without upsetting the neighbors. 😊
