I've been a patient with Hirshberg-Wozny now for 15-20 years, visiting both their downtown and Wellesley offices. I'm grateful for the consistently excellent, responsive, friendly care I've received from their dentists, assistants and staff. They are patient with questions, respond to fears-discomforts, and take pride in their work. Thank you!
Excellent care. Dr. Hur is very good surgeon and handled my implant very well. Techs and medical assistants are very good. Office staff are very nice and responsive. I do have some frustrations with the practice since it’s been sold to the Smilist. There are communication lapses and billing has been confusing. I’m not a fan of corporate medicine.
Terrible bedside manners. I had to pay $1,500 more than what they originally told me for a procedure. Then, they rescheduled an appointment on me without my consent. I didn’t even know until they sent me an appointment reminder and I never made the appointment. I was a patient for many years and I guess there is now new ownership? I refuse to go back.
Best dental practice out there. I'd never go anywhere else. You shouldn't either. Dr. Rosenfeld is outstanding.
