I’ve lived here for 6/7 months now and unfortunately, my experience has become stressful and disrespectful due to ongoing management issues. Most concerning was receiving a Cease and Desist letter accusing me of having a marijuana plant in my unit a completely false and baseless claim. Price gouging greedy corporate thug of an organization, lived here for year while we were buying a house. DONT LIVE HERE. Their month to month extensions are $10k/month for a $5k apartment. They basically want to cash out at least $10k when you move out. There should be law against corporations like this. After paying exorbitant rents you will get crappy washer and dryers that doesn't wash - as new apartments come up in Livingston this should be your last choice.
