Friendly small complex not using cookie cutter units
Price gouging greedy corporate thug of an organization, lived here for year while we were buying a house. DONT LIVE HERE. Their month to month extensions are $10k/month for a $5k apartment. They basically want to cash out at least $10k when you move out. There should be law against corporations like this. After paying exorbitant rents you will get crappy washer and dryers that doesn't wash - as new apartments come up in Livingston this should be your last choice. We are thrilled with our new apartment! The buildings are maintained beautifully, the staff is great and we love the proximity to many main routes!
