Amazing service and superb experience. The dental office is minimalist neat and clean. Staff is friendly. Dr Dan explains in details and even draws a picture of what's happening. I am so happy I found this dental office. I am moving all my regular cleanings here as well. The husband and wife Dentist team is advantageous as you get 2 great minds working for you. I was experiencing some severe tooth pain and heard through a friend about their great experience at this office. I wanted to give it a try and when I walked in I was welcomed in so kindly by the office manager Julie. I was anxious because I am usually so scared of going to the dentist but the staff was so welcoming and kind. I had a great experience being treated by Dr. Vivienne Ngo and het assistant Lisa. The front staff is super professional and courteous. The office is also clean and bright, providing a very peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Dr Ngo is thorough in explaining what course of treatment she was going to take, and constantly checking my comfort level. She showed a lot of care and patience in dealing with my dental issues. I really appreciated the time she spent treating me.
After a pretty terrible experience with a dentist in LA, my grandfather recommended I visit his longtime dentist. I am so glad I did. Dr. Vivienne has been so kind, supportive and informative as she navigates correcting the errors from the LA dentist. I think she truly cares about her patients and she is so knowledgeable about dentistry. I am really grateful to have found an expert like Dr. Vivienne that is also compassionate.
