Second time here. This time took both my girls for a wash/cut. By far the best experience I've had. I've tried a few other places in Orleans. I find often they mail in kids cut, but JESS took the time to listen and gave them a proper cut. Thin it out and gave face framing layers. Brushing last night all I could think was he layers are perfect and the ends are so even and not chunky/choppy, which has been my experience. Will definitely go back.

I highly recommend Cathy at the Hills Family Hair Center! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided excellent suggestions based on my hair type. My hair turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier. Cathy is fantastic, talented ad attentive hairdresser!

Took my little one for a haircut. The lady was very gentle throughout the whole process and the haircut itself was great. Price was very reasonable.

I went to this salon 3 times but disappointed the 3rd time . I had really grown hair long to get good hair cut and had very clearly explained that my length should be shoulder cut . I had gone during my scheduled appointment, but I felt that Felicia (who is a nice person) did rush to cut my hair and just cut it so short just right at the chin length . Which does not suit me at all and I have to carry it for many months to grow back and get it a new cut...every day when I look into the mirror it is stressful and I am anxious ... read more
