Things have gone downhill and can be alot better. My family and I have been living here since October 2018, and in the beginning everything was fine, we didn't have any issues at all. Roach infested These apartments are infested with roaches. Management is horrible on getting back to you with concerns. Staff and management both are horrible at answering phones, questions, or even putting in work orders. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Security is a joke he harasses everyone when ever he decides to show up for his shift. The rent is higher than what it should be. Maintenance is horrible This apartment complex has an issue with repairs. I’ve lived here for almost two years, and my biggest issue is getting repairs done. You can complain about repairs for an eternity and can’t get it done but they want their rent on time and they want their yearly lease signed on time. This is not the place to live, the pipelines are very old so you tend to have a lot off issues with clogging.
Persistent Trash Issue I share this to voice a complaint for a resident of one of the Mercy Housing properties. The the management at Hills at Fairington, (Lithonia, Georgia) has allowed a trash situation to escalate to an out of control predicament. For almost three weeks now management at this property has not addressed the trash compactor situation. The worst The hills at fairington is the worst place that I've ever seen or lived they won't fix anything the apartment where I'm living at the toilets have been torn up for almost a year some of the kitchen cabinets have been torn up almost a year on the stove only two eyes workand the way the refrigerator is made everything is cramming and now that spring and summer has arrived and we are experiencing these 90° temperatures it took the maintenance department two weeks before they could come check out the AC they got the AC... read more
Feel Betrayed Today, I was so excited about my potential move to the place until Keiya ruined everything. It was about the "Income" restrictions I didn't know about it. Had my two money orders ready and all. Ruining everything and felt hurt about it. I know she is doing her job but she should explain to me last friday before i did my two money orders clearly but its all good.

Needs love My apartment was the ideal apartment until my bathroom pipes flooded. After the flooding the apartment wasn't so I deal. I became sick from the mold in the walls. This was cause form all the moisture in the unit. My carpet was stain free at one time until the maintenance fixed the repairs. Once again the same pipe busted. After the damages became severe enough I was downgraded to a unit with bugs and old dirty carpet. Wellington Manner It is a great neighborhood! I love the fact that my neighbors are always aware of what is going on and I cherish the fact that it is a quite quaint neighborhood. I would really love to stay here another year my lease is up in December
