I leased an overpriced one bedroom for one year, and had problems such as a huge hole in the patio for 5 months before filled with concrete (and this was there prior to move in), holes in walls, a broken sliding door, and very squeaky faucets. The maintenance men enter your house on a daily basis with no concent or even leaving a note or fixing anything. Overall poor service and in all honesty, you should consider looking for a different apartment.
