Phil did a quick job. Courteous and efficient.
I had some issues around my apartment and they were fixed very quickly. The maintenance guy phill is very friendly and knowledgeable He does a great job!
So I've been living in this apartment complex for maybe half a month. I've had no issues whatsoever, great living environment for my kids......also pet friendly and never stepping on poo :-)
Not welcoming at all
I just moved into The Hills and had just a few small issues. Phil with maintenance came and fixed the issues the same day the work order was put in. Tammy the manager put in the orders for me. She was fast doing that for me and very nice! Phil is totally awesome! He knows what he is doing and friendly and personable. I have lived in many apartments and NEVER have had such great service. I am so glad I moved here. The entire staff here is amazing .
