The Hillcrest is a unique and beautiful place to live and located in an incredible spot. It’s an old building so it’s gonna come with some quirks, but when you think of the history here, the fact that it was constructed 100 years ago, it’s impressive to me. Both Audrey & Brenda who run the leasing office, are kind, attentive, smart, and quick to help solve any issues you might have. This has truly been the most uninhabitable place I’ve ever lived. Paying a base price of $1650 for somewhere that let me go without heat for a month, leaving everyone to use space heaters that caused a fire, crawling with roaches, ignoring the recurring leak in my bathroom, closing maintenance requests without ever entering the apartment or communicating, telling me to “leave the window cracked” in January when we thought there was a gas leak, my clothes being locked in the laundry room for hours on a holiday, trying to char... read more
