PREDATORY STAY AWAY!!! I didn’t have hot water in my bathroom for months and then after my upstairs apartment flooded into mine they charged me to replace the carpet after leave my ceiling moldy and disintegrating for months, only taking action after I moved out.

This place is an actual hell hole. The very first day I was moving in, the ceiling in the front room had collapsed from leakage above. They had someone come and paint over it, and left all of the ceiling scraps all over my brand new apartment for me to clean myself. Then, a few weeks later my radiator exploded in the middle of the night. STEAMING hot water spouting from it all over my bedroom- it ruined my bed, my floors, my curtains. It also gave me multiple burns trying to stop the water from ruining even more of my stuff.... read more
