Terrible experience here. Unfortunately, the building seems to be too old for its own good. Also, why are there 5 or so 5-star reviews each mentioning Audrey, all posted 6 months ago?
Location is good but just a horrendous place to live. Cockroaches in the building, bathroom flooded and they just cut a hole in the ceiling and left it, mold everywhere. Car will get towed even if you pay for a parking spot. Front desk is no help, takes weeks for requests to go through. Wood floor is so old that you will get splinters if you walk inside barefoot. All resident heat was out for three weeks early 2026, the front doors seldom lock, and Brenda deletes reviews from concerned residents. I do not recommend living here if you want security and basic amenities.
JB Masonry Inc. completed repair work on a portion of the exterior facade of a building related to the fire damage from 2023 under contract with BCC Construction Group. We are currently still awaiting final payment from the contractor for the services rendered. Given our current experience, I strongly recommend that all subcontractors exercise extreme caution and consider not performing any work on this specific building project under the direction of the BCC construction group.
Stopped by with some questions about a potential move and was assisted by Audrey who was so nice. She helped with all my concerns and was very informative.
