Nice quiet place, live music was the right noise level. Drink was not great, dinner was poor (over cooked 6 shrimp in a pile of not tasty lemon juice on top of pasta). Come on, such an easy dish!

I have visited the Hill 5 times but tonight was the worst experience i ever had. We felt the server rushing us, and made us feel as if we were annoying her. The management did nothing to make our experience enjoyable. This is a shame because until tonight i loved this place.

Exceptional food, competent friendly staff- it is our go- to restaurant when we have guests, and often enjoy a shopping break here having summer lunch outside! 'The Hill' is definitely a gem on the Grosse Pointe restaurant scene.
