Went for impressions for in-ear monitors. Procedure was quick and easy!
Disappointed with Dr. Hill's need to exaggerate my husband's hearing loss in order to sell hearing aids.
Excellent. Have been a patient at least 4 yrs and highly recommend them. I see Dr. Gausvik, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I've been a high maintenance patient, having had to see Dr. Gausvik many times with challenging problems. He always is encouraging, respectful, thinks outside the box, and tries many ways to solve any problem. I could change to an office that accepts my insurance, but I wouldn't leave him. Also, the front is helpful and kind, something we don't always see these days!
Dr. Braycheck helped me so much with new replacement hearing aids .The 1st visit started with a very thorough assessment - much better than I had at a well-known local hospital's audiology department. Explanations of my deficits, choices of current aides and treatments, need for better hearing, and possible new developments ahead, etc... were clear and honest.
