I was very disappointed. Since I didn’t want to buy the 4 year, 10k commitment before I was even looked at there was nothing they could do for me. I made the appointment because they said they were the tinnitus specialists. I was told sorry there’s nothing we can do for you and to go to a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. It was a complete waste of time of money.
Went for impressions for in-ear monitors. Procedure was quick and easy!
Disappointed with Dr. Hill's need to exaggerate my husband's hearing loss in order to sell hearing aids.
Excellent. Have been a patient at least 4 yrs and highly recommend them. I see Dr. Gausvik, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I've been a high maintenance patient, having had to see Dr. Gausvik many times with challenging problems. He always is encouraging, respectful, thinks outside the box, and tries many ways to solve any problem. I could change to an office that accepts my insurance, but I wouldn't leave him. Also, the front is helpful and kind, something we don't always see these days!
