Management is inconsistent and lacks communication. Tried to communicate with a manager named Ashton and received attitude and untimely communication. When speaking with an acquaintance who lives in the building, she informed with that this is a common interaction. Lovely building but would not recommend if you desire quality management.

I love living here, it’s like waking up in a hotel with all my belongings in a beautiful apartment. I swim on my lunch break, work out in the gym on rainy days, and take advantage of the free espresso machine in the lobby . Bella was the most patient kind leasing agent I have ever met.
Pool is open ! Shout out to leasing agent Bella . Bella has been extremely patient with my indecisiveness and request for multiple tours. She greets me with a smile and welcomes me every time. I finally found a unit that works for me and my budget and I’m getting ready to sign a lease. Bella deserves a big raise.
