I used to really like this place but amenities have gone down… hill (no pun intended). The pool and hot tub have been down for months and it’s nearly mid-summer. I’m willing to be understanding that pools require vendors to repair and that often leaves hands tied, however I can’t believe management made the decision to make the hot tub cold while the pool is repaired so people have a place to “cool down”… so we get a hot tub that isn’t hot? Update: Both pool and hot tub still unavailable halfway through June. There has been a huge lack of communication and transparency with constant messaging of “coming soon” or “later this week” yet no follow through. On June 3rd they said the needed parts for the hot tub would be installed by the end of the week. Well it’s June 16th and there is still no word on when the hot tub will be available. The new management is terrible. The communication is awful and the leasing office does not care about the tenants concerns. The leasing office is disorganized. I submitted multiple maintenance request work orders and called the leasing office over 4 times. The leasing office has lied to me each time and told me that maintenance has called or knocked on my door. I’ve lived here almost 3 years, and it used to be worth the price, but anymore. Don’t expect the new management to have the amenities you pay for available. It’s June and after several weeks of beautiful hot days, the pool remains closed with no clear dates or timeline for its opening. The most frustrating part was management calling these amenities “complimentary features” while continuing to charge premium rent prices. It's almost June and the new management still hasn't figured out how to fill the pool or hot tub. The coffee machine breaks every other week. Rent should be discounted for this lack of amenities. The apartment also offers basically 0 outdoor parking.
