Had a wonderful experience living here for the past two years. The staff was incredibly warm and kind, especially the building manager Kristine, and never had any issue that wasn’t fixed in less than a day. The location is not only conveniently close to North Campus and a few shops and Kroger, but Central was less than a twenty minute bus ride via the Bursley stop five minutes away. Overall, a great experience.
Honestly an amazing place to live. The location is great, near a wonderful shopping center and very close to university. The maintenance team is AMAZING. Anytime my roommate or I have ever put in a maintenance request, it has always been handled within 8!!!!! Hours!!!!!. We honestly can’t believe how productive and non-procrastinatory highlands is. Can’t recommend it enough.
