I hate it here and regret signing a 12 month lease I have only been here 2 weeks stay as far away possible from these apartments I have had nothing but problems since I’ve moved in two weeks ago my lock was jammed inside and out I didn’t know the maintenance number seeing as I just moved in but even if I did, the lock was stuck, it had to get busted to open the door the cops hopped in the window and they couldn’t even get it open from the inside so I was charged $35 for the busted lock then my ac sounds like a lawn mower I w... read more
I’ve been living at Highland for a while now, and overall it has its ups and downs. The location is convenient, close to stores and public transit, and the grounds are usually kept clean. The maintenance team is responsive when you put in a request, though sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups to get things fully fixed. The apartments themselves are fairly spacious and modern, but soundproofing could definitely be better—you can hear neighbors at times. Rent is on the higher side, but that’s common for the area.
