The apartment is not worth the money you paying for rent. There are random water leaks, toilet gets clogged constantly, when it rain water comes in the apartment, pulled the refrigerator out food was there, u got random people pulling on your car door handle indicating a potential break in, no curtesy officer on site anymore, trash on the property, and only 2 maintenance guys( which should be 3) for a nice size property.. I’m not pleased living here
I have lived in this community/ complex for 2 years, and I have absolutely loved it. It gave me a comfortable, and safe place to raise my son. But also the staff was really amazing, and great with communication with me. Any maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, and he was friendly to talk to! Pest control was affective, never had any pest problems. And the office staff always made sure it felt like a home!
