We've absolutely loved our stay here, and the management has been top notch. There was initially a major issue with our apartment preventing us from moving in, and Madison and Kynzi took what could have been a nightmare and completely turned it around. During our time living here, management was always responsive to our needs, and over and over showed that they care about the residents and their wellbeing, going so far as to organize donations when another property had a fire and people lost their homes.
We started out our day apartment hunting with Madison at the Highland and then saw some more and went back to Madison, she was the most friendly, inviting person in all of the apartments we looked at which made a huge difference to us! We found a two bedroom, two bath that we love and she made all the difference! We found others standoffish and rude so because of Madison's bubbly personality and welcoming Spirit, we went back to the Highlands. I suggest you all do the same
Do not rent here!! You can find something else for about the same price. When I first moved in, there was a bunch of Car burglaries. The office wasn’t really doing much about it refused to install cameras. A friend of mine lived there for some years and During those years, she has gotten her car stolen twice. The Office knew about this as well, When I first moved in the apartment was very dirty. There was a Band-Aid painted over in my ceiling. I just recently moved out of these apartments to a permanent home. If not for that reason I would have stayed till they moved me to a nursing home!! I have lived in apartments for the last 20+ years and these were the best. The reason I rate them the best is simple; They actually cared about the residence comfort and safety.
