Mr.Baldwin which whom I saw was a very nice and a collective guy, and he is very welcoming and straight forward with everything which my experience was very good.
This place will try to make you lie and adjust to their ways or feelings. They can't keep up with patient information. The counselors will ask you questions that violate HIPPA laws. Most of their counselors are interns and have no supervision during sessions. They are not directly supervised by a physician. There is definitely an oversight of these cases. My therapist recommended this place for some compulsive behaviors I deal with and need help on. I have literally left six voicemails over the past two months without a return call. Mostly voicemails for a guy named Rex Tutin(who is the director). Voicemails stating how badly I need and want help. Nothing. Hard to trust anyone with such sensitive issues when they can’t even return a phone call.
