We stayed at the Highland Club for a year back in 2016 and it was a great experience. Now my sister is looking for an apartment and she chose the Highland Club because of the location, and the property itself. Along with that though, the gals in the office have been incredible to work with. Talissa, Kiersten and Shelly have been first class!
I absolutely loved living here. Every experience with the front office was lovely. They send out a monthly newsletter offering a treat or meal and host the best parties! The grounds are always clean and the pool is perfection. I can't say enough good things about this place.
I have been a resident here since 2018, and my experience has unfortunately been frustrating and disappointing. One major issue is the lack of care and urgency shown by the management towards their residents. Recently, I encountered a serious problem with my kitchen sink, which was completely non-functional. After calling to report the issue on a Friday, I was told it was not considered an emergency and that I would have to wait. My partner and I were residents at Highland Club for four years. Our first two years were positive, thanks to Samantha’s management—great staff, a nice property, and a good experience overall. But everything changed when new management took over, and it was downhill from there. Starting in 2022, we had ongoing issues with our AC unit that would freeze, flood, and stop working, causing the temperature in our apartment to soar to the mid-to-upper 80s during the summer.
