Disappointed with my recent visit. I came in specifically for neck tension and asked the therapist to focus on that area. He refused, saying he only does general full-body massage and implied that any specific direction from me would be overstepping. A client's therapeutic needs should drive the session, not the therapist's preferred routine. Won't be returning.
Bob gives a great massage. He has developed his own process for a fully-clothed massage. He asks what issues I have and works that area to relieve pain, stiffness and promote relaxation. He works the muscles to identify tight areas and focuses relaxing them.
