When I lived at the Highland Apartments the neighbors complain about the dumbest things (walking, closing cupboards, talking, inviting friends over, running washer & dish washer ). & Im not surprised, because I even hear my neighbors talk and snore below me. But the difference between them & me is that I understand that people have to live so I dont mind.I hated living there.
