Terrible management. Multiple issues with tenants being loud at the pool overnight. Expect to be charged at moveout for expenses that ownership is responsible for!! Would recommend anybody that is looking for an apartment to look elsewhere and avoid the trap that is set when signing the papers!
The community manager, Carolina, is the best thing about this community! The units are stunning, amenities are fantastic and the resident events are by far my favorite!
Andy with Allegiant Carter maintenance was terrific! He helped reset our freezer and prevented all our food from spoiling, and took the time to stay and help set up our lock. Great and timely service!
Andy was super helpful when we had a maintenance issue. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very efficient!!
