It is 4:30 AM and once again my loud 3rd floor neighbors are at it again with the LOUD noise, sounding like they are about to fall through the ceiling in my apartment. Those kids are running up and down and they have my ceiling fan in my apt shaking in both rooms. That's how loud they are. I reported it to the office a few times and was told nothing can be done because I have to record the noise above me...so do I hold my phone up to the ceiling and record?? Management on this property has gone straight downhill. Would not recommend to anyone.
Stay far away. The management - is nearly impossible to get in contact with. - can't answer questions about the property. - messed up my lease multiple times. - left the doors unlocked for months. - says they'll get back to you and never do. - are rude. - will raise rent significantly while doing much worse. - will maybe send an email with 24 hour of notice of needing to enter the apartment. - pest control doesn't exist here. - will charge 'mandatory' fees for moving out no matter how well you clean it.
