Not the best place to live. • People are constantly smoking inside the complex although it’s apparently not allowed. • Packages being stolen, the package room is useless since no one collects their packages until the point where the room is in complete disarray. Packages scattered throughout the hallway. • Elevator has been broken from late September till after thanksgiving of 2025. Great
There is major mail theft happening at these apartments. The mailroom looks chaotic, and the USPS is tired of tenants calling about missing packages that they already delivered. The camera system is useless, because no one has been caught or identified—why is that? I don’t understand the point of having cameras if they can’t provide answers for tenants.
