I called when my husband was injured and neglected in a nursing home and they said they weren't interested... !!! Their commercial is a joke..... !! Trying to make nursing home accountable is not an attorneys agenda.. profit is .. unless your loved one dies or is horribly crippled for life, don't waste your time consulting them or any other attorneys.. oh and the other non profit or profit assistance like elderly advocates or gov't don't care either.. just to be fair~ oh and I have proof of neglect n abuse.. so your call !
There are many law firms around Nashville, however, The Higgins Firm is by far the best. Jim Higgins and his team are very prompt at answering our questions and did a great job guiding us through the grueling legal process.
