In the 8 months I’ve lived here it’s been pretty great! Theres a pool, gym and a dog park for your pets to roam! Parking is ok. The grounds are up-kept well. Maintenance crew is reliable. I used to live here back in 2018 and it was nice then it’s even better now. New owners are doing a great job! Highly recommend living here.
I have been here 2 years and it's pretty nice and quiet only thing I didn't like was they didn't tell me were the visitors could park and after I got my new car it was towed cuz it didn't have a sticker cuz the office was closed when I got the car
I have lived at this apartment for approximately two years. I greatly appreciate the convenient access to various areas around Lexington. From this area in the suburbs of Tates Creek, I can easily ride my bike anywhere in Lexington in approximately ~30 minutes. If I am in a pinch on the way home from work, or don’t want to travel far on a weekend, there are food and shopping options just ~5 minutes away at Park Hills Center on Pimlico Parkway. Love Hideaway! Very spacious floor plan. I'm pleased with the two-bedroom and one and a half bathroom. Leasing office and maintenance staff are nice and very understanding. The property is appealing. Online rent payment options are very convenient through their portal. I've had good experiences there.
