1 STAR......MORE LIKE 0 STARS.... NEW MANAGEMENT?? This is a joke, right? Brenda Hernandez has lied about refunds, the process of refunds, kept the money on my sister and her family that they needed for a different deposit, then claimed it was my sister's bank....even after my sister was at her bank in person...with Brenda on the the phone!!
