This is the best place! Management is amazing
Had a conversation with the manager about my daughter coming to watch my mother who has dementia while I work three days a week. She was trying to say my daughter lived with us which she doesn’t, she has her own apartment. She had to go up to the office to verify or prove by showing her a utility bill that she didn’t live here and they called her apartment complex which is ridiculous. The Hideaway is an amazing place to live!! It is so peaceful and the management team does a good job of keeping everything clean for everyone. Maintenance is very quick and responsive.
Must rate a 5. I've lived here for approximately 13 years, yes, management has come and gone, however; current management, Candace goes above and beyond with the responsibilities of this complex. This recent snow/ice storm, Candace steps up to keep us thoroughly informed. She even showed up at near dark to help with residence/me who couldn't leave their parking spaces to get you on the road. We all need the support she gives freely, this 68 yr old woman, is blessed to have her. Thank you Candace!
