I had a tour scheduled for 11:15 today, confirmed on both ends at 10:30. Called and emailed once I got there and it is now noon and I still have no response. They had me standing outside in the cold. If they are this disrespectful and inconsiderate to prospective tenants, I will certainly never lock myself into a lease with this company.
We have been residents here since 2012. We are the Grandma and Grampa of Warner Loft and love being greeted by the younger generations of residents in 2025. The location suits our love for the cultural richness of Rochester, our home town. The view of the river and neighbors on their dally ventures, and the sunsets are a joy.
We moved in in 2012 after selling our last house. We spend much of the year away in our motorhome. It is very comforting to know that we have this apartment in a well managed building where I no longer need to be my own handyman. Service people show up with a phone call or a message to change a lightbulb or a dishwasher. This establishment is very unprofessional. Today is second time just trying to get a tour. Last time there was “miscommunication” between the leasing office and the sales representative showing the loft. I called the number more than once and got no answer or call back. They have wasted my time twice now and if this is how it is before even moving in, I doubt living here would be any different. Would not recommend to anyone!
When I went to move into my new apartment Jennifer the manager was able to help me make sure everything was perfect! Definitely recommend that you rent these apartments.
