We moved in in 2012 after selling our last house. We spend much of the year away in our motorhome. It is very comforting to know that we have this apartment in a well managed building where I no longer need to be my own handyman. Service people show up with a phone call or a message to change a lightbulb or a dishwasher. There are fine restaurants within comfortable walking distance and Eastman Theater is only a 7 minute walk. All of the Jazz Festival venues have also been within easy walking distance. This establishment is very unprofessional. Today is second time just trying to get a tour. Last time there was “miscommunication” between the leasing office and the sales representative showing the loft. I called the number more than once and got no answer or call back. They have wasted my time twice now and if this is how it is before even moving in, I doubt living here would be any different. Would not recommend to anyone!
When I went to move into my new apartment Jennifer the manager was able to help me make sure everything was perfect! Definitely recommend that you rent these apartments.
