Would give zero stars if I could. Treated disrespectfully and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by staff. Will not be returning after being treated so poorly. Time to find another imaging center that values their patients and treats them with respect and compassion.

Had the worst experience today, waited months to get an appointment for my mom. Took the day off work and drove three hours to bring her to this appointment. My mom is a breast cancer survivor and walking in my heart drops every time. Made it to the appointment for a test that the Dr recommended, and the first thing the technician said is I brought another tech with me because I can just tell your mom is gonna be difficult. I came here for my 1st Mammogram & what a treat the entire staff is. 1st off, I was just getting a routine mammogram because of my age. My nerves weren't so high or tense due to the results of process, but I have extreme at times back pain that shoots down my leg. I walked into the Cancer center 1st, & a concierge or admin staff, a man was more than kind to walk me & ride the elevator with me to the door of the mammogram radiology office. I just went here today for my bone density and my yearly mammogram and let me tell you I was Very happy.I used to go to Advanced Radiology in Trumbull for my yearly mammogram but definitely going to keep going here
