Emailed a few times, maybe 3 times, in regard to a refund on the remainder of a payment I made for services not received. I was not rude in any of them but firm on wanting the refund and inquiring when that would be. Lance called me with reasons why I “disregarded” the agreement I signed. I said I want to know if I will be receiving a refund or not from the firm, otherwise, I would do my part on recovering the remainder of funds.
