I have been a customer of the Hess Agency for 33 years. They have given me outstanding service. They contact me with advice when opportunities arise, such as dropping collision insurance on an older vehicle. They helped me quickly change insurers when I was treated poorly by Erie. They gave me discounts for multiple policies. They even donated to my youth baseball team. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Hess Agency.
