He's an excellent doctor.
Called the office in Boca Raton 3 times (during a month period) to talk with Dr. Jordana since the treatment plan / cream didn't work for me. No call back. Two visits with no luck just an overpriced bill for no results.
Nice waiting room if and when he lets you in. Has his patients stacked up in the hall outside and won't allow entry to the waiting room until lunch is over. Waited 40 mins past my appt time for a less than 10 min visit for two people. Brusque, won't listen, had no idea that this was my third visit and retreated all the same spots. Went for a cancer screening and he never looked below my neck. All he's interested in is cosmetic defects of the visible parts of your face and arms. Expressed disdain for Medicare patients. Dr Herschthal is a kind and caring dermatologist who does not rush you through. He listens carefully and inspects thoroughly. He has removed several pre-malignant lesions and is ever watchful. He is both a clinical dermatologist as well as into the aesthetics. His staff is friendly and respectful. I love the email reminder too! Suzanne H
