I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this gym! I personally did kids jiu jitsu and now adult jiu jitsu. The instructors are phenomenal — they are not only highly skilled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but also incredibly patient and great with children. They focus on teaching respect, discipline, and confidence, all while making the classes engaging and fun. If your unable to commit your whole life to this gym then don't waste your money. I got told no one uses the equipment without classes or personal trainers. Planet fitness is way cheaper and doesn't expect you to kill yourself. Not for people with medical challenges. They are also liars and thieves.
Amazing environment! Owners who really care about their community! Couldn’t pick a better local business to support. Don’t think twice- if you are looking for a place to change your life it’s The Hero’s Home!!!
Dropped in for a wod! Great community of people and an awesome lay out of the gym. The people were nice and encouraging, but I had to go up and find the coach to introduce myself. Overall really great time and will definitely be back!
