Love this gym! Personal feel and plenty of other women working out to feel comfortable! Don't feel like you're quite there yet workout wise, it's not intimidating to ask for a modifier. Made some great friends and feel much stronger - I can finally boost my kid above my head and feel like a super mom 😉.
I am in my second week of their 6-week program. So far, everyone has been very encouraging, super helpful in modifying where needed, and just wonderful to work with! They also offer a kids area, as well. And they really seem to know everyone who comes in. I drive an hour to go here and will continue to do so!
This gym became like a second home to me. The team here is incredible and approaches everything with kindness, a love of the craft, and a desire to help people achieve real goals. I am constantly surrounded by women who are older than me and absolutely crushing me in workouts while simultaneously cheering me on to do better and try harder. I’ve been working out here for over a year and I love it! The coaches, the people and the environment are Exceptionable. Everyone is so kind and friendly and helps me be accountable.
Great gym, great trainers, great community! I’ve been a member for over 2 years, the programming changes so things don’t get stale.
