Called ahead to check to make sure day passes were a thing before my trip to Lynchburg from CO. Brandon couldn't have been more accommodating. You can really tell these guys have a passion for training and helping others. Thanks and looking forward to training!

Been at THH for six months now - could not recommend it more highly. Excellent and supportive coaches, great community and fantastic workouts. By fantastic I do mean exhausting but if you want to get stronger and fitter in a supportive environment, can't recommend THH highly enough.
