Marissa Brooks an absolute joke as property manager and this company should not be able to rent houses. They claim a not attached threshold is not a liability…… and they did not fix any work orders for over 10 months. If you decide to rent from this company just know they want a house professionally cleaned when you move out even though it’s not required and they will find any way possible to keep your deposit money.
In the past year renting with the Herndon company we had issues with the rental. When we moved in the threshold to the front door was not attached. A HUGE injury liability. As well as the gate to the backyard not being able to lock so anyone could get in. When we moved in we told them immediately and after following up at least two separate times nothing was ever done.
