This renters company seemed very professional at first. They always had open communication and they efficiently resolved any issues at the property, but when it came time for move out, I feel as though their true colors came out. My family and I felt played. They claimed we did a poor job cleaning the house when indeed, the house was cleaned beyond imaginable; could practically eat off of the floor. We did the inspection and sent them a letter and an email with the comprehensive list of estimates of what we found at the move out inspection. We then provided them that move out inspection via email and mail. We always provide our cleaning list at move in, with the notice to vacate, and it is in the lease. The Herndon Company Real Estate used several deceptive tactics and lies to keep part of our security deposit upon move-out. During their initial move-out inspections they fabricated the existence of a window in a hallway bathroom, and said it was dirty and needed cleaning. They also listed several issues with the house that were there when we moved in and clearly marked on our move-in inspection. They never apologized for these oversights. After reviewing Mr. J*******s file with Property Management and the Broker, we feel very confident that we followed the guidelines of our Lease Agreement. We afforded Mr. J****** several opportunities to handle certain issues to correct and we were able to refund a sizeable portion of his deposit. We certainly want to be equitable with all tenants and hope they enjoy their stay with our firm. We feel Mr. J****** was offered every consideration possible.

Larry's got some real good reviews from folks in the area and I knew him through a friend. He's done nothing but work tirelessly for me.
If I find a house or something that I'm interested in, I send it to Larry and he informs me if it's available or if it's something we'd want to move in on or wait for. I appreciate that.
We actually weren't referred to Larry but found him when we were looking at houses and he just happened to be the guy in charge of a listing we liked. We worked with him from there in searching for a home. He has been absolutely amazing.
My wife is actually working with Larry on some rental properties. Her aunt works part time at a realty company in Massachusetts and knew someone that knew Larry. We've been very satisfied.
