Verified Renter I have been at the Hermitage for almost 3 years now. It is a nice and quiet place with little problems. However, some problems are ongoing and looked over. The staff are great but sometimes hard to reach. Maintenance is fair, especially since it has been hard to get someone that will stay and do the work. Since I have lived here the pool has also been a problem since it has been late to open and early to close the last two years. Verified Renter It's alright, but it could definitely be better. They don't fix things as much as they should. I've had issues I've been dealing with for months that haven't been fixed but everything else is okay.

Poor maintenance I submitted maintenance work orders More than six months a go And no one fixed the issues yet. The maintenance department closes the work orders without completing the job.
Not What We Expected! We have lived here since Feb 2015 and have experienced a lot of positive and negative about this place. The positives are that this is in close proximity to everything so it only takes about 5-10 min to get everywhere, they have a lot of community events for children and maintenance is usually here when you call. Cons are that the office staff is rude and the apartments are not updated. No washer/dryer connections in every apartment only a few and the on site laundry is old and run down. Nice I live here for 7 years and I love it here. the neighbors are nice and friendly and always looking out for each other. And it's close to everything which is a plus. But I do want to move into something bigger to start a family soon.
