management is rude. No onsite maintenance and if you need something fixed, takes two weeks or more. Gutters aren’t attached properly so water slides down building deteriorating brick walls. Housekeeping never mops or sweep the walkway or laundry rooms only the carpeted stairs. Windows don’t have proper screens so bugs can come in and won’t replace. Water damage and they just paint over. I have pics of all.
