Nice place to live This is a very nice apartment community. I have 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and plenty of closet space, all of which work well for roommate living. I have an assigned parking space, control my own central heat/air unit, and have coin-op laundry in my secure building. The neighbors/neighborhood are nice, safe and very convenient to just about anywhere in the city. Management is professional and takes good care of this property.
Living here I hope you do not get many visitors. Assigned parking is one space only. If your tags expire on your birthday and you are in a guest spot it will not be there the next morning. The slope of the driveway makes getting out in ice difficult. Forget getting up the hill to parking area in bad weather. Cars slide backwards. The landlord is nice. Great and modern apartment This apt is wonderful. I have 2 full baths and a balcony. Great closet space and a designated parking space. That was important for me. Neighbors are friendly and green space is well kept and well lighted. I'm very happy to be living here.
Awesome Apartment This is a great place to live, it's super clean, and the Landlord is amazing.. I love this place!
