We recently purchased a Glock G34 handgun and had John V. as an instructor on loading, firing and cleaning. Really great guy and full of knowledge on all aspects of gun usage. Highly recommended instructor if you’re a first time gun owner, or unfamiliar with a new weapon purchased.
Terrible experience with a simple transfer, didn’t take sellers information, after he asked them to copy it. Then told him it was ok to leave. Ran my background check, kept my there for almost 3 hours and told me I couldn’t leave with purchase. I went back the next day after being told my background would still be good, only to find out that was a mistake too and was too late in day for another background. Very knowledgeable and hands on instructors. Facility is very nice. Found out about dominant eye and was I wrong all my life. Now I can hit water falling out of a boat on a lake!

This store has to be the rudest store I've ever been in. I waited for help for 45 minutes right at the counter. Not once did anyone even acknowledge that I was there let alone help me. I assume it was because I am female. Yes it was busy however it doesnt take but 2 seconds to acknowledge me. Another 10 seconds to let me know how long it would take. They continued to wait on people who came in after me. I finally left.
purchased 3 firearms from heritage in Easton. Shotgun in March and a 9mm hand gun on Monday june 15th.
