In the beginning I was very impressed by Ms. Garcia's fast response's and technical savvy attention to detail with my long distance interaction for my rental needs. This level of attention stayed stead fast for pretty much the entire lease. Until it came time to discuss renewal of the lease terms and recap. I was unable to reach her, and the gentleman she placed in charge of renewal terms did not discuss renewal terms as well.
