My sister has lived in the heritage for years I called looking to put in an application being that it’s a familiar neighborhood and I heard they have been moving in new people. When I called I was told the application process was currently closed and that the new people have been on the waiting list. The Heritage used to be a nice and welcoming environment, but that has changed. The front desk experience has become very unpleasant because of one particular staff member. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She rarely greets residents properly, shows no warmth or basic courtesy, and often acts irritated when asked for help.
