LaShawn responded so promptly to my maintenance request. He was professional and polite and double checked his work twice before he left. Mark Davis was equally professional and polite, he checked back in later the same day to make sure the repair was successful and that I did not need further assistance.
The maintenance crew changes often; however, they are excellent at handling emergencies.
I have had some issues with my apartment when I very first moved in. Unfortunately the property manager at the time did not care about my issues or concerns! I was on the verge of moving out! Terrance was hired in as the new property manager and my experience with him was like night and day! He not only listened to my concerns but he also put in a plan of action to get my issues resolved!!! He totally restored my faith in this place!
