I applied for an apartment over two weeks ago. The communication over this time has been absolutely awful. I have called sent text messages emails and left Voicemails almost all have gone with no return. In the event that I actually spoke with someone, they weren’t able to provide me with any actual helpful information about my application. This lowlife company has taken down the one-star review I posted several weeks ago. Because that’s how they roll. So to re-summarize: please, please reconsider if you are thinking of renting an apartment at Heritage, owned by Venture Properties. I finished my lease there at the end of June, and it was the worst rental experience I’ve had in 40 years of living all around the country. The worst by far. Le'Shawn and Eric were not only kind, but extremely helpful in getting my washing machine back in working order as fast as they could. They kept the work space clean and were respectful of my things. They were friendly the entire time and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Thanks guys!!
The maintenance crew was great! They were nice and professional and fixed the issue that we had. They always respond quickly and will help fix any issue we have! Great place to live!
