I have had some issues with my apartment when I very first moved in. Unfortunately the property manager at the time did not care about my issues or concerns! I was on the verge of moving out! Terrance was hired in as the new property manager and my experience with him was like night and day! He not only listened to my concerns but he also put in a plan of action to get my issues resolved!!! He totally restored my faith in this place! Mark came in and did what was needed to keep my home moving efficiently
The maintenance guy came right away to solve the leakage problem. He's was very kind.
