All employees were very nice at first until you ask to speak to the doctor. Then the gentleman on the phone will get disrespectful with you and yell at you on the phone saying he knows what the doctor does and would say so he doesn’t even try to get you in contact with the doctor. That same person also told me the doctor refused to talk to me after the last request when I’ve requested 3 times for a simple conversation about my limit. I had a truly positive experience here! The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable—not overcrowded or rushed. From the moment I walked in, Taylor at the front desk was respectful and attentive, which really set the tone. I worked with Mathew and Dr. Treece, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I have both mental and physical disabilities, and they made it incredibly easy for me to feel safe and comfortable.
