Place was good. Got my card in 2 weeks.
Great service. The wait time was great 10 days
I would leave no stars if it was possible. The doctor and his assistant were great, but the PHX location management and customer service are questionable when it comes to efficiency and service. They originally gave me the wrong address over the phone, they never informed me over the phone that half the payment needs to be cash, they keep your card payment info on a piece of paper until they get around to charging it a day or two later and they never told me they weren't charging me right then, they put my payment info in wr... read more
