Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here - we were in town for the Newport Marathon and got two rooms at prices below most hotels that weekend. Fantastic homemade breakfast on weekends, including a variety of pies. Location was walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, including White Horse Tavern. Off-street parking was included. Alexis keeps a clean, comfortable B&B and is a wealth of knowledge for guests.
Had a great stay. The room was nice, great breakfast and location, and we learned a lot about Rhode Island. Highly recommend!
besides the adorable decor, the host/owner was so lovely to talk to & ensured we felt comfortable. thanks for the history lesson, the great pie, and the movie recommendations. the place is also right in the downtown area, making it close to several good places to eat. it's also by several bus lines to the cliff walk and elsewhere. definitely a great deal!
Very clean and well-designed room in a historical building, powerful AC unit, lovely breakfasts that included a variety of fresh fruit. Convenient location!!! We were there for Independence Day, and the location of the inn allowed us to walk 10 minutes to the restaurants, shops, and cruise lines at the harbor instead of paying $30-40 to park our car. Great place to stay!
