I lived here from 2020-2025 and in these years they had over 5 management companies take over. Neither one put the property nor the tenants as a priority. Keeping up with maintenance was nearly impossible with the number of times they would have to change personnel. If you are as scared as bugs as I am, this is not the place for you.
